Connecting with iOS

Simple Instructions

Automatically configuring your MacOS computer for “鶹ýŶTech” wireless access is easy. These simple instructions give you the basics. See the “Detailed Instructions” below for more in-depth steps.

  1. Select 鶹ýŶTechOnBoarding from the list of wireless networks provided.
  2. If a window does not launch with the next steps:
    Launch a Safari and navigate to “joinwifi.matc.net” to get to the next step
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Your computer will automatically be configured for "鶹ýŶTech" wireless access. When the configuration is done, you should be automatically be switched over to the "鶹ýŶTech" wireless network, if it does not, switch to "鶹ýŶTech" network and forget the "鶹ýŶTechOnBoarding" network.

Detailed Instructions

Follow the instructions below to automatically configure your computer to connect to "鶹ýŶTech" wireless.

1. Open the "Settings" app on your iOS Device.

Select Wifi from the list. See figure 1

2. If a window does not launch with the next steps:

Launch the Safari app and navigate to “joinwifi.matc.net” to get to the next step. See figure 2

3. Click the Sign In button. See figure 3

4. Sign in using your 鶹ýŶ Tech credentials.

5. Once connected you should be redirected to a usage acceptance page. Read and click “JoinNow”. By clicking the JoinNow button you accept the terms and condiditons. See Figure 5

6. A download prompt will open where you will download a  connection profile to put the wireless certificate on your device. Select Allow. See figure 6

6.1 If you have multiple iOS devices you may see a prompt show in Figure 6.1. Select iPhone.

7. Once downloaded, return to your Settings app, and select Profile Downloaded. See figure 7

8. Review the Install Profile and select Install at the top right. See figure 8

8.1 A Waring prombt may appear, select Install at the top right again. See figure 8.1

8.2 Once profile is installed, select Done. See figure 8.2

9. Once SecureW2 completes the enrollment process your device should be moved you over to the "鶹ýŶTech" network. Your device is now securely configured for wireless access.

Note: Check if your device switched networks. If your device still shows as on "鶹ýŶTechOnboarding" switch over manually to "鶹ýŶTech" by selecting it in your Wifi settings. See figure 9

10. Forget the "鶹ýŶTechOnboarding" network. 
In your Wifi Settings, select the information icon on the 鶹ýŶTechOnboarding line, and then select "Forget This Network..." See figure 10 and 10.1
